The Power of a Moment
In 2013 I realized that naturally I have a deep understanding of the emotional and physical challenges associated with helping family members transition into new housing. With the loss of a family friend, myself and 2 others stepped up and began the process of clearing out a lifetime of possessions from a 16 car garage and home. There were boxes upon boxes stacked on top of each reaching every square inch of the garage. Each one containing a treasured memory to the previous owner.
From this experience, I recognized the need to help others in similar situations.
